System Architect, PDS

As a System Architect at Cytiva, owned by Danaher, you will play a crucial role in transforming PD data into decision-grade insights for internal progression and customer value within the Clinical Programs platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and owning the PDS PMO and analytics backbone - Implementing and maintaining PDS KPIs and single-source-of-truth datasets - Establishing the Customer Insights capture/reuse system to extract PD learnings into reusable assets and strategy inputs - Developing basic AI agents and AI-enabled workflows to support PD execution and customer insights - Creating scalable systems for capacity and portfolio visibility across projects and services - Designing and maintaining integrations across workflow, analytics, and enterprise systems To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in building systems, analytics, and data solutions in complex multi-system environments - Strong experience in owning KPIs, analytics products, and AI-ready data structures - Comfort with operating in ambiguity and building scalable systems Additionally, previous experience in the following areas would be advantageous: - Working with workflow platforms, BI tools, modern data platforms, or AI tooling such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Smartsheet, Power BI, Qlik, Microsoft Power Platform, or Box API - Applying AI for insight extraction, reuse, or customer-facing analytics Join the Cytiva team today and be part of accelerating the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
