About the role
As an Architect OnePLM at Danfoss, you play a crucial role in shaping the product data, processes, and collaboration landscape across the organization to support engineers, manufacturing teams, and business leaders. Your work directly contributes to enabling a reliable, scalable PLM environment that facilitates the delivery of better products efficiently and quickly. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into practical PLM solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders and designing clear, scalable architectures. - Design and configure Teamcenter solutions to enhance usability, performance, and process consistency. - Support solution delivery by assisting in effort estimates, creating prototypes, and ensuring high-quality implementations. - Resolve complex PLM issues while maintaining system stability, data integrity, and integrations with SAP. - Strengthen PLM capabilities through knowledge sharing, mentoring colleagues, and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Teamcenter (UA, AWC) and PLM solution design in an enterprise setting. - Strong understanding of core PLM domains such as CAD integration, change and document management, and manufacturing processes. - Experience with PLM integrations, particularly with SAP, and familiarity with PLM configuration or customization tools like ITK, SOA, BMIDE. - Solid foundation in software development, including modern web technologies and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
