As a Data Analyst at Danfoss, you will play a crucial role in enabling digital transformation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making through Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting and automation solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards using multiple data sources and Power Query. - Designing and implementing automation workflows to improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Managing SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, governance, and data structures. - Troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting existing Power Platform solutions and workflows. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, Data Analytics, or equivalent. - 23 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and data analysis. - Strong experience in SharePoint development and administration. - Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization. - Experience in Power Automate workflow development and Power Apps (Canvas Apps preferred). - Experience with Power Query for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Basic knowledge of SQL (joins, filters, aggregations). - Exposure to Python, APIs, or RPA technologies. - Awareness of AI and automation use cases for business improvement.
