The Impact You'll Make As a Product Engineer, you are responsible for developing new product variant, executing customer requests, supporting customer technical issues and Maintaining product for mass production. What You’ll Be Doing Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: CRS Execution Release new product according to customer request, including design new components, create new codes and maintain relevant information in OneERP/OnePLM. Follow SEN Engineering CRS Flow. NPV Development Develop new product according to market trend or application needs. Follow Change Control procedure. Customer Support Conduct product changes/update according to Customer request. Support technical requirements, questions or issues from customers. Follow product change, quality issues handling or other relevant process. Product Audit Driver Organize annual PA Plan update, Evaluate test results, Tracking status, Driving 8D for NC. Follow SEN PA procedure Mass Production Maintenance Drive/Support problem solving for securing running production What We're Looking For Engineering/Mechanical education background, with more than 3 years' experience in mechanical/product design Strong proficiency in mechanical design, product development and technical research Practical experience with quality tools (e.g., 8D, Capability Analysis/CPK) Excellent communication skills in local and global cross functional teams, be proactive, positive, innovated and self-driven mindset Fluent English in written and verbal What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
