About the role
We are hiring for two senior engineering roles for our SaaS product team. We are looking for passionate engineers who enjoy building scalable, high-performance systems and take ownership of product delivery from design to production. You can apply for either: Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js, NestJS & MongoDB) Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js & Next.js) Both roles work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js, NestJS & MongoDB) What Youll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS Build and optimize microservices and distributed systems Design and manage MongoDB databases ensuring performance and scalability Develop real-time systems using WebSockets Architect and deploy cloud-native systems on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.) Build secure, highly available, and resilient backend infrastructure Work on REST APIs, event-driven systems, and system design Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices What Were Looking For 4-6 years of backend engineering experience Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design Experience with microservices and distributed architectures Strong understanding of WebSockets and real-time systems Experience with AWS cloud services Strong problem-solving and system design skills Experience with CI/CD, observability, and production systems Frontend Engineer (React.js & Next.js) What Youll Do Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js Translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces Develop features that improve user experience and engagement Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Write clean, reusable, and scalable frontend code Optimize applications for speed and performance Collaborate closely with backend engineers and designers Maintain consistency in design systems and branding Contribute to frontend architecture and best practices What Were Looking For 3+ years of software development experience Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in React.js Minimum 1.5 years experience in Next.js Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with one styling framework: Material UI (MUI) / Tailwind CSS / SCSS / Chakra UI Strong understanding of responsive design and modern frontend practices Experience working with APIs and backend integration React Native experience (1 year preferred) Common Expectations (Both Roles) Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in fast-paced product environments Passion for building scalable and high-quality software We are hiring for two senior engineering roles for our SaaS product team.
