This pivotal role oversees the technical strategy and execution for our three core pillars: Data, Study, and Patient Experiences. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be a key member of the R&D executive leadership team. Beyond technical delivery, you will act as the organizational architect for the engineering craft, defining and implementing career pathing and professional development frameworks across the entire R&D department.
