Role Description & Responsibilities Implement, maintain and deploy customer applications as well support technical complex deployments Provide excellent customer support, where planning and communication skills are vital. This includes making configurations to deployments based on customers’ requirements Support in analyzing and resolving customer incidents (via 3DS support tickets) within regular office hours (9am to 6pm) Ensure our hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing and demanding international organization of professionals Assist the team in overall day-to-day operations
