Role Description & Responsibilities: As an IT Monitoring and Operations Center Engineer, candidate will be part of a 24x7 Global monitoring team and will be responsible to monitor the critical IT infrastructure spread across various Data Centers and Offices of Dassault Systèmes worldwide. Candidate will also be responsible to perform Level 1 support to manage and maintain the uptime of critical Production Infrastructure and Network equipment globally. The team will cover 7 days a week; candidates should be available to work in rotational shifts including weekends and some holidays. Managing the expectations of IT and business stakeholders.
