Notice Period/LWD - (Candidate serving notice period will be preferred) Role: AWS Connect Developer-5+yrs Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Shift Timings: Rotational Key Skills: AWS DevOps Operations, AWS Connect Development Role Overview: Lead architecture planning, migration, installation, and daytoday operations of platform/database/middleware/backup towers. Drive disaster recovery, automation initiatives, and service improvement plans. Manage team resourcing, performance, and engagement while ensuring SLA adherence, timely project delivery, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects across platform/database/middleware/backup. Lead structural & architectural design ensuring scalable and extensible solutions. Conduct technology capacity planning for current and future requirements. Strategize and implement disaster recovery & backup plans . Manage day-to-day tower operations including troubleshooting, RCA, upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and configuration.
