About the role
Location: Alappuzha, Kerala (In office) Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester with 13 years of experience in testing desktop and web applications. The candidate should have a keen eye for quality, a structured approach to testing, and a strong desire to deliver reliable, bug-free software. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. - Prepare and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts. - Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality. - Assist in automating test cases and improving testing processes. - Validate fixes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Requirements: - 13 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation). - Good understanding of software development and QA methodologies. - Familiarity with Selenium, JMeter, or similar testing tools. - Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
