About the role
Role Overview: As an experienced Product Manager with strong technical expertise in Data Quality and Data Governance tools, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of high-quality data platforms. Your deep understanding of data quality frameworks, governance, and modern data ecosystems will enable you to translate business needs into scalable product solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for data quality and governance platforms. - Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business and data objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data quality, governance, and compliance requirements. - Work closely with engineering teams to build and enhance data quality solutions and frameworks. - Implement and manage data quality rules, validation, profiling, and monitoring mechanisms. - Drive adoption of data governance frameworks, data cataloging, and metadata management. - Define KPIs and metrics to measure data quality and product success. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability across systems. - Conduct market research and evaluate data quality tools and best practices. - Act as a bridge between business, data engineering, and analytics teams. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of experience in Product Management + Data Engineering/Analytics. - Strong hands-on knowledge of data quality and data governance tools such as Ataccama, Collibra, Alation, Informatica Data Quality, Talend Data Quality, Great Expectations / Monte Carlo / Soda (modern tools). - Solid understanding of data quality frameworks (profiling, cleansing, validation, monitoring). - Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage. - Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis. - Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). - Proven experience managing data platforms or analytics products. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
