About the role
We are seeking an experienced WhatsApp Bot Developer to join our team and help us build a WhatsApp chatbot using Rasa Open Source, Twilio, and a web backend for an admin panel. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the conversation flow and intents of the bot, integrating it with Twilio, setting up the web backend for an admin panel, and deploying the bot to a hosting service. Roles & Responsibilities Design the conversation flow and intents of the bot using Rasa Open Source Integrate the bot with Twilio using the twilio channel in Rasa Open Source Set up a web backend for an admin panel to manage the bot's conversation flow and view analytics Deploy the bot and web backend to a hosting service like AWS or Heroku Write and maintain clean, readable, and scalable code Test and debug the bot to ensure it meets our requirements and works seamlessly. integration to controlling admin web app Whatsapp integration and wrapping Building and maintaining chatbots Setting conversation flow Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field If you have a passion for building chat-bots and want to join a dynamic team that is at the forefront of this emerging technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Skills Proven experience as a WhatsApp Bot Developer or similar role Solid understanding of Rasa Open Source, Twilio, and web development technologies Experience with Python and its libraries, especially Django, and Pandas Experience with SQL Familiarity with Docker and cloud hosting services like Azure or Heroku Good understanding of software development principles and practices, including agile methodologies twilio REST API SQL rasa
