Test Lead | Mobile Automation

Job description Should be having minimum 7 8 years of experience in Test Automation using different automation tools like C#, Selenium, SpecFlow, RestSharp and mobile testing tools like appium or browserstack You should have handled data driven, key word driven automations. You should have very strong analytical skills and should be able to see the test automation architecture as a whole system and not as individual components and should be able to drive to benefit from its contents for future usage. Strong understanding of client/server, Web architecture and Object-Oriented analysis and design. Sound knowledge of databases. Sound knowledge of Web Server and Browsers. Ability to translate business needs into technical architectural requirements for test automation projects. Very strong in debugging, trouble shooting, test environment set ups and test automation suit deployments using Continuous Integration using Team City, Azure DevOps Understanding of browser behaviors and differences. Desired Skills: Strong leadership skills Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent team player and team builder Excellent analytical and technical skills. Ability to understand the long-term (big picture) and short-term perspectives Ability to mentor, coach, guide and train people using automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, WinApp driver. Preferred Skills: Experience in Health Insurance Domain ISTQB certification TOSCA, ACCELQ
