Job Title: Jaspersoft Developer Location: India (Remote OK) Experience: Minimum 7 Years (Senior level only) Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Jaspersoft Developer with deep expertise in Jaspersoft / JasperReports and strong knowledge of PL/SQL . The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working extensively in Jaspersoft for at least 7 years , handling advanced reporting requirements with complex structures, functions, and variables. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Jaspersoft / JasperReports . Migrate and convert reports from legacy systems into Jaspersoft. Work with 80–100 functions and variables in report development. Develop and manage multiple sub-reports in complex reporting structures. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL queries for reporting and analytics. Perform detailed SQL data analysis prior to creating reports. Ensure reports are accurate, optimized, and scalable. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions. Work independently with accountability for timely and high-quality deliverables. Required Skills Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Jaspersoft / JasperReports (mandatory). Expertise in PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.). Strong experience in report conversion and migration projects . Ability to manage complex reporting logic with 80–100 functions, variables, and sub-reports . Proven skills in analyzing and optimizing SQL queries for large datasets. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Immediate availability . Prior experience working in Agile environments .
