Chief Enterprise Architect

Hiring for: One of India's leading financial services company in India offering a wide range of insurance and risk management solutions across health, motor, and commercial segments. Role: Chief Enterprise Architect Positions: 1 Experience: 18 to 25 years Location(s): Chennai Type: On-site / Permanent Salary: To be shared with shortlisted candidates Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days Purpose -Define and maintain overall enterprise architecture (EA) governance and principles for the enterprise -Define EA roadmap and ensure it is adequately reflected in IT strategy plan, project plan and detailed solutions -Continuously align the EA roadmap and IT organization's strategies with strategic business capabilities and business roadmap Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to: -Develop and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture framework, including the principles, standards, and governance processes under the guidance of CTO -Develop overall technology architectural direction for the enterprise, define target state blueprints for enterprise architecture -Develop and implement IT roadmap, architectural principles, standards, policies and solution governance -Drive smarter technology investments by driving changes in application, infrastructure, process and IT tools architecture -Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions for all architecture domains -Create and drive processes to ensure all developments and engineering efforts are as per the prescribed architectural principles -Help in making technology and product decisions Technical requirements -Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. -18+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. -Expert in Strategy and Architecture, stakeholder management and technical design -Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF. -Desired to have cloud certifications. -Experience in developing and implementing technology solutions in a complex organization. -Experience in evaluating emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for the organization.
