About the role
Role: ServiceNow Tester Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office) Experience Band: 6 8 Years Role Summary Ensure high-quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions through structured test planning, execution, and automation across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing cycles. Key Responsibilities Prepare test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases for ServiceNow modules and custom applicationsExecute functional, system integration (SIT), regression, and UAT cycles across ServiceNow releasesAutomate regression testing using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)Validate end-to-end integrations with third-party systems (SAP, HR, mobile workflows) including data reconciliationPerform testing of forms, workflows, notifications, ACLs, Service Portal, and mobile experiencesLog, track, and manage defects through to closure using tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, including retesting cyclesSupport release and upgrade testing (patch/family release validation, clone validation)Produce test summary reports, traceability matrices, and sign-off documentation for stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 68 years of QA/testing experience, with strong hands-on ServiceNow testing exposureExpertise in ServiceNow ATF; knowledge of Selenium or other automation tools preferredSolid understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals (ITSM, workflows, ACLs, integrations)Experience testing REST/SOAP API integrations (Postman/SoapUI)Strong documentation, defect management, and test reporting skillsExperience in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsServiceNow CSA certification and ISTQB certification preferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Interested candidates, please share CV: kajal.samiulla@dautom.com Role: ServiceNow Tester Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office) Experience Band: 6 8 Years Role Summary Ensure high-quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions through structured test planning, execution, and automation across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing cycles.
