The Role: We are seeking a highly capable Enterprise Solutions Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions across core enterprise platforms, including ERP, HCM, and ITSM. This role will be responsible for driving solution design, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant system implementations aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Delivery Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable enterprise solutions across ERP, HCM, and ITSM platformsCollaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and implement system enhancementsEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standardsDrive end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support2. Enterprise Applications Ownership Act as a functional expert for enterprise systems (e.g., Finance, HR, Service Management)Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardizationMaintain system documentation, including business processes, configurations, and data flowsSupport release management, regression testing, and change validation3. ITSM & ITIL Alignment Work within ITSM frameworks to support incident, problem, change, and release management processesEnsure all changes follow ITIL best practices and governance standardsPartner with service delivery teams to improve system stability and user experienceContribute to continuous service improvement initiatives4. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations) and IT teamsFacilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution walkthroughsManage expectations, prioritize initiatives, and provide regular status updatesTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business language5. Data & Integration Support data mapping, migration, and validation activities across systemsWork with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between enterprise platformsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies6.
