This role involves architectural decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop complex, scalable web applications using React JS. Lead frontend development efforts and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in frontend development. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React JS. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API). Experience with frontend architecture, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
