Vice President, Lead - Server Infrastructure, Technoloy and Operations

Description The Vice President, Lead - Server Infrastructure, Technology and Operations will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the server infrastructure. This role requires a strategic leader to ensure high availability, performance, and security of the server systems while aligning with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage the server infrastructure team to ensure high availability and performance of server systems. Develop and implement strategies for server infrastructure design, deployment, and management. Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in server operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align server infrastructure with business goals. Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance server infrastructure capabilities. Skills and Qualifications 14-20 years of experience in server infrastructure and operations management. Proficient in server technologies including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and load balancing. Experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of storage solutions (SAN, NAS) and backup/recovery processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
