Full Stack Developer (React.js + NestJS) Golang Preferred - Pune

Job Description: About the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled full-stack developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in frontend development using React.js and backend development using NestJS. Familiarity or hands-on experience with Golang will be considered a strong plus. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance web applications and scalable backend services. Youll collaborate with designers, product teams, and fellow developers to deliver seamless user experiences and reliable systems. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services with NestJS Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Ensure performance, security, and reliability across the stack Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment pipelines Contribute to backend development in Golang, if experienced or interested Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications Required Skills Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, context API, functional components) Solid experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js Experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT), and authorization flows Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD workflows Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB Good to Have Experience with Golang Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices Familiarity with GraphQL and caching tools like Redis Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure .
