About the role
Overview We are looking for an accomplished Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Techno-Functional Leader to lead our ERP practice and drive enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with deep functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, a strong consulting background, and a proven ability to deliver complex business transformation programs. As the practice leader, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the Dynamics 365 F&O capability, driving solution excellence, leading high-performing consulting teams, and partnering with business and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and cloud-first ERP solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem capabilities while ensuring delivery excellence, customer success, and continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership & Growth Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice.Develop scalable delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, reusable solution assets, and implementation standards aligned with Microsoft best practices.Drive practice growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting pre-sales engagements, and contributing to solution positioning and proposal development.Foster innovation by leveraging the broader Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot capabilities.Build a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery. Solution Architecture & ERP Transformation Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Asset Management, and Project Operations.Define enterprise integration strategies using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, Dual-write, Business Events, APIs, and third-party enterprise applications.Provide technical governance for X++ customizations, extensions, Electronic Reporting (ER), Data Management Framework (DMF), and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and compliance with Microsoft's One Version and extensibility principles.Lead global implementations involving multi-company, multi-country, multi-currency, and regulatory compliance requirements. Delivery Excellence Provide leadership across multiple enterprise ERP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, delivery metrics, and risk management practices across all engagements.Drive Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, enabling effective planning, release management, testing, and continuous delivery.Oversee project health, resource planning, financial governance, and executive reporting to ensure predictable delivery outcomes. Leadership & Talent Development Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, and Delivery Managers.Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning aligned with Microsoft's leadership principles.Drive capability development through structured mentoring, certification initiatives, succession planning, and career development programs.Conduct performance reviews, competency assessments, and workforce planning to strengthen organizational capability. Client & Executive Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and business leaders, guiding enterprise transformation initiatives.Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, steering committee meetings, Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Manage strategic customer relationships, executive escalations, and delivery governance to ensure long-term customer success.Advise customers on ERP modernization strategies, cloud adoption, AI-driven business processes, and Microsoft's evolving business applications roadmap.Champion adoption of intelligent capabilities including Microsoft Copilot, embedded analytics, and automation across Dynamics 365 solutions. Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, including enterprise architecture, consulting, and practice leadership.Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs across multiple industries and global organizations.Demonstrated success in building and managing consulting practices, including delivery governance, resource planning, financial management, utilization, and customer success.Strong functional expertise across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Asset Management O
