About the Role As a Ruby Software Engineer, you will work across AIassisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, and other modern coding platforms to evaluate and enhance Rubybased codebases. Your responsibilities include reviewing code patches, identifying and debugging issues, validating business logic, and ensuring highquality, productionready outputs. Responsibilities Debug ActiveRecord queries, callbacks, and MVC flows Run RSpec tests and interpret errors Use AI coding agents for repository understanding Provide structured reasoning for correctness Skills & Experience Required 2+ years Ruby/Rails experience Strong understanding of MVC patterns, ActiveRecord, RSpec Debugging and PR review skills Experience using AI coding platforms strong in MVC reasoning & patch evaluation.
