About the role
As a Senior Innovation Program Manager at our global IT MNC, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise-wide innovation initiatives and collaborating closely with global leadership teams to deliver measurable business impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving enterprise/global innovation programs with direct exposure to CXOs and global leadership teams. - Managing multiple innovation programs and project portfolios across geographies and business units. - Overseeing the end-to-end innovation lifecycle management, from idea sourcing and evaluation to execution, scaling, and adoption. - Demonstrating strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution capabilities in complex enterprise environments. - Working closely with SMEs, business leaders, delivery teams, and innovation councils to drive measurable outcomes. In addition to the key responsibilities, we prefer candidates with: - Experience in Digital Transformation, AI-led innovation, Automation, Emerging Technologies, or Enterprise Transformation initiatives. - Strong program governance, PMO, and strategic planning capabilities. - Ability to define innovation KPIs, ROI frameworks, and value realization metrics. - Exposure to Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Innovation, or Product Innovation frameworks. - Excellent executive communication and presentation skills. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have: - 8-15 years of overall experience with significant exposure to enterprise innovation programs. - Strong global stakeholder management experience. - Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives across matrix organizations. - Prior experience in corporate innovation is an added advantage.
