About the role
As a .NET Developer at our company, you will be an essential part of our Technical Delivery team based in Pune, Maharashtra. Our team values a corporate culture centered around four core values. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust software applications using .NET technologies like C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. - Designing and implementing efficient and secure database structures, ensuring optimal performance and scalability with experience in mongoDb, SQL Server, or other relational databases. - Working alongside product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Leading and participating in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. - Mentoring and guiding junior developers, sharing best practices, and offering technical expertise to help them grow and succeed. - Conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Proactively troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex software defects and technical issues to maintain application stability and performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - 3-5 years of professional experience as a software developer, with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack development. - Solid understanding and experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js). - Strong experience in database design, development, and performance tuning, primarily with MongoDb, as well as other relational database systems. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, emphasizing collaboration, iteration, and continuous delivery. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices, CI/CD is a significant advantage. - Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
