We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Transmission Technology Apprentice (TTA) to join our team in the power transmission sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices, with practical experience in transmission systems. Roles and Responsibility Assist in the design, development, and implementation of transmission projects. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation of project plans, schedules, and test results. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in transmission technology. Analyze data from field measurements to optimize system performance. Job Requirements Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit analysis and power systems. Familiarity with transmission line equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, and HVDC systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in collaborative environments. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
