About the role
Gather functional requirements, systems analysis, document AS-IS and TO-BE, program sonic ESP process, configure Genesys, design routing strategies in Genesys interaction routing. Hands on experience in Web interface and IVR systems, Electronic payments and Electronic billing systems, .Net, Voice objects, Genesys IRD, Genesys CME, Genesys OCM, Genesys SCI, Actuate, WCF, Sonic ESB, SQL 2003, UAT, MS Visual studio 2010. Require Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering or Equivalent. 5 years of experience in the occupation. 40hrs/week.
