Experience required : 610 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in fintech and trading platforms to design intuitive, high-performance user experiences for both retail and professional investors This role requires deep expertise in designing data-intensive interfaces, real-time systems, and decision-driven user experiences, enabling users to act quickly and confidently in fast-paced market environments Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end UX design for trading platforms (Web Mobile) Design low-latency, high-clarity interfaces for real-time data consumption Simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive and user-friendly experiences Create advanced data visualizations (charts, tables, heatmaps, trend indicators) Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to design precise workflows Build, maintain, and scale design systems for fintech applications Ensure compliance-friendly UX aligned with regulatory requirements (SEBI, KYC norms, etc) Required Experience: 510 years of experience in UI/UX design Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in fintech domain, specifically working on: Trading platforms or financial applications Data-rich dashboards and analytics tools Real-time or high-frequency interfaces Decision-critical workflows (eg, buy/sell execution flows) Experience working on complex, data-heavy applications Demonstrated impact on business metrics such as conversion, retention, or drop-offs Qualifications Degree in Design / HCI / Product Design or equivalent practical experience Certification or exposure to financial markets will be an added advantage Behavioral Competencies High attention to detail, especially in critical user flows Strong understanding of risk, trust, and compliance-driven design Ability to make decisions in ambiguous and complex scenarios User-first mindset with the ability to challenge product assumptions Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact product environments Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
