Tech Architect

Role Overview DeHaat is looking for a Tech Architect to define and own the technical architecture behind our B2B and B2C platforms. You'll set the technical direction, make sure backend systems scale reliably, and work closely with engineering and product leadership on where the platform goes next. Key Responsibilities Define and own the technical architecture for DeHaat's B2B/B2C platforms Design scalable, secure, and maintainable auditable backend systems Evaluate and select tools, technologies, and frameworks for current and future needs Set coding standards and engineering best practices across teams Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on the technical roadmap Conduct architecture reviews and mentor engineers on system design Requirements & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in backend engineering, with direct architecture ownership Proven experience working in scaled B2B/B2C product environments Strong understanding of system design, scalability, microservices, and distributed systems Proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks (e.g. Java, Node.js, Python) Experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred Good to Have Experience architecting systems for agritech, lending, or high-transaction-volume platforms Exposure to event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, SQS) Role Overview DeHaat is looking for a Tech Architect to define and own the technical architecture behind our B2B and B2C platforms.
