Mechanical Cad Draftsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical CAD Draftsman to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and structure of our technical documentation and product data. In this role, you will be the bridge between design, engineering, and global data systems, maintaining rigorous version control and standardization across CAD and SAP platforms. Role & responsibilities Technical Documentation & CAD Management Create and maintain accurate technical drawings, documentation, and product data in strict compliance with industry and internal standards. Ensure absolute data accuracy, strict versioning, and structural consistency within CAD environments. Global Data Management & SAP Operations Support comprehensive global Engineering Data Management (EDM) activities, ensuring seamless data flow across international engineering teams. Maintain clean, standardized, and synchronized product data structures within SAP . Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance) to resolve data discrepancies and implement engineering change orders (ECOs). Act as a technical resource for internal stakeholders regarding drawing standards, revision histories, and data management best practices. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Proven experience in an engineering data management, product data management (PDM), or CAD coordination role within a manufacturing or global engineering environment.
