Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner (AI) Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: Nagpur Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner with experience in AI-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis and product ownership skills, along with an understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver AI-based solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-based solutions. Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development, data science, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for AI-driven products. Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics. Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with business objectives. Required Skills Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. Understanding of AI/ML concepts, workflows, and use cases. Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI/Tableau. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on AI/ML, chatbot, automation, or analytics projects. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts. Certification in Product Management, Scrum, or Business Analysis is a plus. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
