About the role
We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, LangChain, and AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with senior engineers to build and improve AI systems in production. Key Responsibilities Build LLM-powered features using Azure OpenAI Implement LangChain chains, tools, and basic agents Assist in building agentic workflows (tool-use, memory, multi-step reasoning) Implement LLM tool/function calling for backend and ERP actions Write and improve prompts, structured outputs, and schemas Assist in building RAG pipelines and document ingestion Work with vector databases (FAISS / Chroma / Pinecone) Build APIs using Python & FastAPI Work with MongoDB for data access Add authentication, authorization, audit logs Deploy AI features using Azure AI Services Required Skills Must Have 1-3 years experience with Python Hands-on experience with LLMs Basic to intermediate LangChain experience Exposure to agentic AI concepts RAG pipeline experience (academic or production) FastAPI and MongoDB basics Git and debugging skills Nice to Have Multi-agent frameworks Streaming LLM responses AI evaluation or scoring Azure Speech / Voice AI ERP or workflow automation exposure Candidates residing in Delhi/NCR with a Notice Period of 15 days or less will be preferred.
