Software Engineer

About the Role: We're looking for a full-stack Develoepr and Sr. Developer (Python and React) with a strong backend focus (3–8 years of experience) who thrives on building scalable systems, loves clean architecture, and embraces the power of AI-assisted development. You'll lead the design and development of robust RESTful and gRPC services, work on performance-critical backend components, and step into the frontend especially with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue to deliver end-to-end features. What You'l l D o:1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services, RESTful and gRPC APIs for scalable microservic es.2. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code in Python. Contribute to UI development using JavaScript (Reac t).3. Build and optimize scalable microservices and data models using relational and NoSQL databas es.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and frontend engineers to deliver reliable featur es.5. Use observability tools (e.g., logs, metrics, traces) to debug and optimize backend performan ce.6. Leverage AI-driven development (e.g., Cursor AI, Codex, Copilot, Gemini, Windsurf) for code generation, testing, and debuggi ng.7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practi c e s .Frontend Exposure (Nice to Have / Re qu ired)1. Contribute to UI development using JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framew orks)2. Collaborate with design teams to build responsive, performant, and accessibl e UIs3. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB or M ongoDB.6. Proficiency in AI prompting for code generation, debugging, and auto mation.7. Familiarity with one of the AI tools (e.g., Cursor AI, Codex, Copilot, Gemini, Wi ndsurf)8. Experience with microservices architecture, version control (Git), and CI/CD wor kflows.9.
