Essential Requirements 12+ years of experience in system design and software engineering or equivalent skill; must include experience designing Agentic AI solutions and AI-ready technology foundations Proven expertise designing application and data architectures that support agent memory, planning, and tool-augmented reasoning Strong system design, software development, and programming experience with .NET and modern cloud technologies Demonstrated ability to partner with AI engineers, platform teams, and product leaders to standardize and scale AI-ready data foundations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving processes

Desired: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $224,000 - $308,000 .
