What youll achieve As a Public Cloud Security Engineer, you will design and implementtechnologies for enforcement ofsecuritycontrolsacross Dells public cloud infrastructure. This will include consultation with application owners, IT, business units, and other teams within Dell Cybersecurity to enhance security controls and detections forpublic cloud-basedworkloads. You will also work in collaborative team environment utilizing Agile development methodologies, mentoring teammates, and learning cross-functional skills to support a range of technologies as a productoffering. You will: Design, develop, implement, and maintain large-scale systems across multiplecloudenvironments Leverage scripting, automation and configuration management tools to accelerate thesecure adoption of public cloudwithin DellTechnologies Work with global teams and business units to understand the behavior, design, and architecture of applications and network infrastructure to develop and deploy adequatecontrols Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Heres what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Equivalent work experience in Cloud Security can be substituted for educational requirements. Experienced at administering large enterprisepublic cloud environments(OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) Good understanding of networking fundamentals e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, SSL. Experience with security processes and documentation. Critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technicalissues. Desirable Requirements Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) experience Cloud Security Certification(s) e.g., OCA, OCP, CCSP, CCSK, AZ-500, SC-300, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer Who .
