Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant , you will help customers solve complex business and technology challenges through the design, deployment, and support of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and associated infrastructure solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical leader, you will deliver secure, resilient, and scalable platforms across enterprise and defence environments, including remote and operationally sensitive deployments. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design activities for VMware Cloud Foundation and infrastructure projects using Dell hardware. Design, deploy, and manage VCF platforms, including lifecycle management, upgrades, automation, and integration with supporting services. Provide Level 3 support across virtualisation, operating systems, identity services, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. Develop solution documentation, implementation plans, test procedures, runbooks, and operational handover materials. Present recommendations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with customer and delivery stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
