About the role
Development & Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the company's website, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Database Integration: Collaborate with the database administrator to optimize SQL queries and database structures. Customization & Optimization: Customize web functionalities based on company-specific needs, such as product catalog management, customer portals, and inventory systems. Collaboration: Collaborate with the front-end developers and web designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Work closely with the design and product teams to build user-friendly, productive, and aesthetically pleasing digital solutions. Testing & Troubleshooting: API Development & Integration: Implement external API integrations, ensuring data flows smoothly between internal and external systems. Security & Compliance: Stay up to date with the latest security patches and software upgrades to ensure compliance with industry standards. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and technical solutions to ensure ease of understanding and support. Job Expectations: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong experience in PHP (with knowledge of frameworks like Laravel or Symfony). Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery). Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and writing optimized SQL queries. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party service integration. Knowledge of front-end tools like Bootstrap and Vue.js is a plus. Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment. Robust problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
