To know more, visit: https://www.dellatownships.com/ Please read the Job Description carefully before applying Role Overview Della Townships is looking for a passionate and technology-driven Senior Executive Embedded Home Interior Automation & Lighting to support the development and implementation of advanced smart home automation and lighting experiences. The role requires hands-on expertise in embedded systems, IoT devices, automation technologies, and lighting solutions while collaborating with architects, designers, and technology partners to deliver world-class luxury living experiences. Embedded Technology & Automation Support development and implementation of embedded home automation solutions. Configure and integrate: Sensors Controllers Smart devices Automation systems IoT-enabled solutions Assist in testing and deployment of smart home technology. Home Automation Systems Work on integration of: Lighting automation Smart switches Motorized curtains Climate control Security systems Audio-video systems Troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions. Lighting Technology & Experience Support creation of luxury lighting environments. Assist in developing: Mood-based lighting scenes Architectural lighting concepts Experience zones Smart lighting demonstrations Coordinate with interior designers and lighting consultants. Experiential Center Support Support execution of Dellas township experiential center technology installations. Assist in creating live demonstrations of: Smart homes Connected living Automated lifestyle experiences Vendor & Project Coordination Coordinate with technology vendors, contractors, and consultants. Support site execution, testing, and commissioning. Maintain documentation of systems and installations. Desired Candidate Profile 58 years of experience in embedded systems, IoT, home automation, lighting automation, or related technology fields. Hands-on experience with: Microcontrollers Sensors IoT devices Automation systems Smart home technologies Knowledge of protocols such as: KNX Zigbee Bluetooth Wi-Fi MQTT Understanding of lighting automation and interior technology integration. Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or premium automation projects preferred.
