Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: * 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Integration APIs). * Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce project delivery. * Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices. * Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies. * Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies. * Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * Project experience on Life science and Health clients (Patient experience, Commercial, Med Tech, Provider and/or Payer) * Good understanding on Einstein Trust Layer, Guardrails * Good understanding on LLM, Different types of prompt templates and their usage * Good knowledge on different Models * Good knowledge on Standard agents * Having hands on experience on agent creation, usage of standard/ custom actions * Good understanding on DataCloud Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: * Salesforce Certified AI Associate Education: * BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: * Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
