Agentic AI Developer - Senior Consultant

Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 6-9 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or autonomous systems. Proven delivery of agent-based, multi-agent, or distributed AI solutions at scale. Strong expertise in MCP server design and implementation, agent orchestration, and advanced A2A communication protocols. Deep proficiency with agent/LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and enterprise GenAI pattern implementation Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/Context Augmented Generation (CAG). Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and scalable infrastructure. Experience leading technical discovery, mentoring talent, and generating technical documentation. Advanced knowledge of vector/embedding databases, security protocols, and performance optimization. Lead the evaluation, monitoring, and observability of LLM- and agent-based systems, advance tracing and performance diagnostics to proactively resolve issues (such as Langfuse); and design, implement, and enforce advanced guardrails. Superior client communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or productizing GenAI, LLM, or agent-driven platforms in business or research settings. Strong familiarity with microservice architectures and robust event-driven systems. Awareness of cutting-edge developments in GenAI and multi-agent technologies. Experience with productivity accelerators (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS Code Whisperer, Cursor AI). Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely aligned technical discipline (B.E., B.Tech, M.C.A.) Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune
