Guidewire - SM / AVP

Roles and Responsibilities : Lead a team of insurance professionals in the development, testing, and deployment of Guidewire solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for project delivery. Ensure timely completion of projects by managing resources, setting priorities, and identifying potential roadblocks. Provide guidance on best practices in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) to improve efficiency and quality. Job Requirements : 15-22 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in GOSU/Guidewire development. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
