Work you’ll do: In this role you will – In BU CFA - Experience Studies and Analysis Perform analysis of actuarial data, including preparing experience analysis support and documentation Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis by converting large system datasets (SAS) into actionable Microsoft Excel-based insight Perform studies, monitoring, and analysis of large data to support business decisions Support automation, including preparing business requirement documents Support assumption governance Migrate calculations to new platform, update centrally managed assumption inventory, manage the UAT process, and create data visualization dashboards The team: Our Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering is designed to enhance key aspects of our clients' businesses by leveraging cutting-edge technology, data, and a blend of deep technical and human expertise. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience Good verbal and written communication skills (ability to prepare and present results) Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills; proficient in SAS and other Microsoft applications Programming knowledge, (SQL/ Snowflake, Python - preferred) Experience with data validation, testing, and governance processes Analytical Skills Detail oriented and well organized Analytical mindset, strong problem solver with math or analytics background Operational Skills Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products (preferred)
