About Client Experience Center The Client Experience Center creates delivery excellence across executive events for Deloittes most senior clients. In tight coordination and collaboration with US teams, the Client Experiences Center supports multi-client event planning, document production, data management and reporting, and delivery. About The Role As an Associate member of the Client Experience Center, you will support the US-based team. The Data & Insights Analyst is a key member of the Client Experience Center, part of a team driving analytical and data management rigor for Deloitte Greenhouse multi-client events. Working closely with US-based event leads as assigned, your role will be key to survey execution, coding and fielding surveys using Qualtrics, transforming the resulting data to populate standard survey reports and visualizations, and creating insights using the results with minimal guidance. This role requires a strong attention to detail and an affinity for data, analysis, and reporting: Understanding Deloitte Greenhouse data capture, maintenance, storage, and systems of record, providing consultative platform expertise to event teams Displaying expert knowledge of Deloitte Greenhouse measurement standards, methods, technology, and tools Enabling various teams with data entry and management in the development, coding, testing, editing, and deployment of surveys Developing Qualtrics reports and dashboards Delivering standard survey reports and visualizations with proactive insights from data using various technology tools Supporting high quality data stewardship through survey design and execution Engaging in regular communication with and reporting to the team on project or task progress Required Skills Hands-on experience developing and delivering reports, dashboards, visualizations, and insights (Salesforce, Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT) Excel data cleansing/analysis and synthesis PowerPoint slide and chart formatting Strong analytical and critical thinking Curiosity and an interest in exploring data and using it to tell a story, displaying the ability to go beyond crunching numbers to generate insights Editing, proofreading, and attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously Proactive task management and prioritization in a high-volume environment Able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent competing demands Ability to foresee potential challenges, proactively mitigate risks, and exercise effective judgment in determining when escalation is required to ensure successful project outcomes Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Ability to process and accept feedback to drive better processes An interest in process improvement/efficiency/automation Appreciation for working in a consultative, team environment Preferred Skills Experience using Qualtrics, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Experience in HTML coding Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience having worked with US or Global clients/stakeholders Professional qualifications, work location, and timings Academic qualification: MBA or equivalent 1-3 years of relevant experience Location: Hyderabad Work Timings: 2:00 pm-11:00 pm IST Work format: Hybrid (between work from office & home) Our purpose Deloittes purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
