Job Title: Associate -Product Owner & Business Analysis Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst / AI Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, AI-driven products and features. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product deliverables. The candidate should be comfortable working with data, analytics, and emerging technologies including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, Data, GenAI/ML teams, and business stakeholders Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements Translate business needs into clear user stories, product requirements, and actionable deliverables Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives Define and prioritize product backlogs and sprint activities in alignment with product vision and strategy Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business goals Support AI/data-driven initiatives by defining practical AI use cases and feature requirements Communicate product vision, strategy, and objectives effectively to stakeholders Take full ownership of assigned tasks and drive deliverables to completion Required Skills & Competencies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and requirements analysis skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a confident, professional personality Proficient in business analysis tools, methodologies, and stakeholder management Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI-driven product features Comfortable working with data and analytics; ability to define AI/data-driven feature requirements and convert business needs into practical AI use cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, data, GenAI / ML teams, and business stakeholders Ability to take full ownership of tasks Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business requirements Translate business needs into clear user stories, product requirements, and actionable deliverables Participate in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business goals Define and prioritize product backlog and sprints, ensuring alignment with product vision and objectives Strong understanding of product vision, strategy, and goal communication Educational Qualifications B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology.
