Job Title: PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer Location: Remote (Work from Home) PAN India Shift Timing: UK Shift Experience Required: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft CRM Developer to join our remote team. This hands-on role involves designing, customizing, and supporting PeopleSoft CRM applications in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to customized systems. Key Responsibilities: Customize and implement PeopleSoft CRM modules (Tools 8+). Design and develop scalable, reusable, and performance-optimized code. Work with SQL, Oracle DB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Develop and integrate SOAP/REST APIs and BI Publisher reports. Collaborate in Agile sprints and participate in design/code review sessions. Provide ongoing product support, debugging, and maintenance. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft CRM development. Strong PeopleCode, SQL, and Oracle DB experience. Hands-on experience with Application Engine, CI, File Layouts, PS Query, and Integration Broker. Knowledge of SOAP/REST-based APIs and telemetry tools (e.g., Splunk – preferred). Good understanding of Agile methodology. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
