Job Title: Senior IT Engineer Department: IT Admin Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Experience - 3 to 5 yrs Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate Engineering BSC comp, MSC Computer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, provide IT support, coordinate with vendors, and oversee kiosk/device setup, ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities AWS & Cloud Management - Manage and monitor AWS services and cloud infrastructure - Handle user access, backups, server monitoring, and security configurations - Coordinate deployment and basic cloud troubleshooting activities - Monitor uptime, performance, and overall system health IT Support - Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and networking issues - Resolve hardware, software, email, and connectivity-related issues - Support employees with system installations and configurations - Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Vendor Management - Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers - Manage AMC, procurement, and support follow-ups - Track vendor deliverables and ensure timely issue resolution - Compare quotations and assist in vendor evaluations Jira & IT Operations - Manage and track tasks/issues through Jira - Create, assign, and monitor tickets for internal IT requests - Maintain proper documentation and issue logs - Coordinate with development and operations teams for issue resolution Kiosk Setup & Device Management - Handle kiosk setup, installation, and basic troubleshooting - Perform device configuration, testing, and deployment support - Ensure kiosks/devices are operational and deployment-ready - Coordinate with field teams during installations and maintenance Required Skills - Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS services - Positive understanding of networking and IT infrastructure - Hands-on experience with Jira or ticketing tools - Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system support - Good communication and coordination skills - Familiarity with kiosk/POS/device setup is preferred - Good knowledge of AI concepts and tools Company Websites: www.deltadigitech.co.in/ Looking For Immediate Joiner Apply Here: https://lnkd.in/dxrgbk3j Join us and be part of an innovative and fast-growing team! .
