Job Title : System Administrator Department: IT Admin Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Experience - 6 Month to 1 yr Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate Engineering BSc comp, MSc Computer, Diploma, BE, MCA,MCS,BCS Job Summary We are looking for a System Administrator with 1+ year of experience in managing Windows systems, user support, networking, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems. Manage Active Directory users, groups, and permissions. Configure DNS, DHCP, and network services. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware issues. Install and configure software applications. Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees. Maintain IT assets and inventory. Configure Outlook and Microsoft Office applications. Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity. Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance. Manage antivirus updates and system security. Perform backup and recovery activities. Create and maintain technical documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware support. Ensure compliance with IT security policies. Experience in Firewall Configuration. Knowledge of Router Configuration. Basic understanding of Linux Operating System. Basic knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services). Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Preferred Candidate Profile Good understanding of Windows Administration. Experience in Active Directory. Basic networking knowledge. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently. Good communication skills. Willing to work from the office.
