SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant Location: Bhopal (6 days office) Job type: Contract or Full time Interview mode: In-Person Shift time: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM IST IT Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant to support, implement, and optimize maintenance management processes within SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, maintenance teams, and technical consultants to deliver efficient plant maintenance solutions that improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP PM module including: Equipment Master Functional Locations Maintenance Notifications Maintenance Orders Preventive Maintenance Task Lists Work Centers Measuring Points/Counters Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions. Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules such as: Materials Management (MM) Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) Finance (FI/CO) Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. Assist in data migration and master data management activities. Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 6+ years of experience in SAP PM configuration and support. Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and asset management. Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Familiarity with integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
