SAP ServiceNow's ZCC Consultant Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad (2-3 days office) Job type: Full time Must have skills: - Configure and implement ServiceNow's Zero Copy Connector for SAP ERP use cases - S4 Hana, ECC Experience: 5+ Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our Customer Adoption Team. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to implement and deliver SAP-integrated use cases on the ServiceNow platform bridging deep SAP expertise with ServiceNow's ERP integration capabilities including the Zero Copy Connector for ERP. Key Responsibilities * Partner with customer stakeholders to scope and deliver SAP integration use cases across e.g. procurement, finance, HR, supply chain and asset management. * Configure and implement ServiceNow's Zero Copy Connector for ERP use cases * Design end-to-end integration architectures leveraging SAP APIs (OData, BAPI, RFC) and ServiceNow ZCC for ERP * Participate in customer workshops and discovery sessions with customer SAP and Servicenow teams * Translate SAP business processes into ServiceNow workflows, ensuring functional alignment * Develop integration documentation, solution designs, and customer-facing enablement materials * Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases for customer deployments * Identify adoption blockers and provide hands-on resolution support post-implementation Required Qualifications SAP Expertise * 5+ years of SAP functional or techno-functional experience across at least two of: MM, FI/CO, HCM, SD, PM, or EAM * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC * Robust understanding of SAP data models, master data, and transactional flows * Experience with SAP API technologies: OData services, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs Functional & Delivery * Proven track record of customer-facing implementation or consulting in enterprise environments * Ability to run discovery workshops, write solution de .
