Worked with monitoring and observability tools like Sentry,Grafana,logging,and alerting. Ability to anticipate the trade-offs between speed and quality,exercise sound technical judgment. Hands-on experience in team leadership and mentorship of small engineering teams. Nice to Have . Experience with financial or trading systems (e.g.,matching engines,margin systems,settlement flows).
