Engineer & Sr. Engineer - Mechanical

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment. Maintain pumps, reactors, agitators, gearboxes, compressors, pipelines, valves, and utility systems. Ensure minimum downtime of production equipment through effective maintenance planning. Coordinate with production and utility departments for maintenance scheduling. Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports. Ensure proper spare parts management and inventory control. Supervise contractors and technicians during maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements. Participate in shutdown planning and execution activities. Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
